Experience:

Mr. Herington recently joined Value Recovery Group as CFO and has brought his 30 plus years of proven experience to bear on the company's financial management.

Prior to joining VRG Mr. Herington worked at Newcome Corp. where he was responsible for the financial and accounting processes, managing his staff and maintaining financial and banking relationships. He accomplished many things from streamlining auditing, statement preparation to improving cash flow.

For several years before that he managed the finances for an auto retailer doubling the funding of the operation with existing staff. Mr. Herington has also worked with such operations as Chase Bank of Ohio and Quest International where he was instrumental in converting five individual financial systems into one centralized system as well as achieve a number of outstanding financial efficiencies.
