Experience:

Mr. Griffith is a Vice President of Value Recovery Group, Inc, and he is a Senior Recovery Manager for Global Recovery Group (“GRG”). With GRG, his key responsibilities include conducting recoveries and doing loan restructurings on export claims and loan guarantees paid by the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He also serves as an alternate on GRG’s credit committee.

Mr. Griffith has extensive experience with clients in obtaining capital, financing and restructuring. Most recently, he was the founder and President of the investment banking firm known as Helston Capital, and for twenty years prior held senior corporate lending positions with Ameritrust, Bank One and Huntington Banks. His assignments included marketing and strategic planning in the commercial mortgage securities financial sector; helping clients acquire and implement a plan to expand insurance insolvency management services in Ohio and Texas; advised a publicly traded company managing RTC and private asset management contracts, business plan development for new international trade offices for the Ohio Department of Development; and co-authoring a study on private capital formation in Ohio for the Science & Technology Division of the Ohio Department of Development. He is also skilled at turnaround management and assisting early stage companies with planning and access to capital.
